All FBN shipments (Local, Cross Border or Import) should mandatorily follow the below guidelines to avoid QC rejections. These guidelines apply equally for small-sized parcels or a full truck load shipment.
Shipment Preparation
To ensure smooth processing, all shipments must follow these preparation steps:
Palletizing & Wrapping:
Shipments should be palletized and wrapped securely.
Each pallet must have a Pallet ID/Number and the ASN number clearly labeled.
Loose Boxes:
All loose boxes must include an identification number or ASN number.
Boxes must contain items from one ASN only. Avoid mixing items from different ASNs in the same pallet.
SKU Management:
If the shipment comprises of multiple SKUs then each box should contain only one SKU. Do not split a single SKU across multiple boxes.
If multiple SKUs must be packed together, segregate them with poly bags or elastic bands.
Safety Regulations:
Pallet height should not exceed 1.8–2 meters to prevent unloading issues.
Special Handling Requirements:
Check detailed guidelines on FBN Shipment Packaging.

Barcode Requirements
Barcodes are essential for identifying, storing, and shipping inventory. All the products sent to the fulfillment center/Warehouse mandatorily require a barcode. Follow these barcode guidelines:
Barcode Placement:
Every product must have a scannable barcode on the exterior side of the packaging.
Remove or cover any old barcodes using a cover up or black marker to avoid incorrect scanning.
Barcode Types:
Acceptable barcodes include Partner Barcode (P-Barcode) or Manufacturer’s Barcode (EAN/GTIN/UPC).
Barcodes can also be in the form of a QR code.
Barcode Format:
Barcodes should include a human-readable alpha-numeric code printed below the barcode.
Printing Guidelines:
Use noon’s QZ Tray Printer for automatic formatting.
Sellers without QZ Tray Printers must manually follow noon’s barcode template.
Note: Items without barcodes will not be scannable and will be rejected during QC as unidentified items.

Scheduling and Delivery:
Steps for Scheduling Deliveries
Create an ASN to schedule your shipment. Refer to the ASN Creation Guidelines.
Book your shipment for a specific delivery date, matching the total quantity being delivered.
Carry 2 printed copies of the ASN (extracted from Seller Lab) during delivery.
Key Delivery Guidelines
Adhere to the scheduled slot timing to avoid delays or rejections.
For shipments requiring multiple vehicles/containers:
All vehicles must arrive at the same time.
It is recommended to deliver such shipments early (by 8 a.m.) to avoid congestion.
Collect a Proof of Delivery (POD) from the dock admin at the time of delivery.
General Guidelines
Packaging Requirements
SKU Handling: Do not mix boxes of multiple shipments on the same pallet.
Fragile and Liquid Items:
Fragile items must be properly packaged to prevent damage.
Liquids and cosmetics must be sealed to prevent leakage.
Clothing and Footwear:
Clothes or fabrics must be packed in sealed poly bags.
Footwear should be placed in their original boxes, with each pair wrapped in paper. Boxes must not be damaged.
