noon's Queue Management System (QMS) is a digital tool designed to make your delivery experience at our warehouses faster and more organized. The new system will issue you “tokens” and assign you a digital place in line, helping you know exactly where to go and when it is your turn to unload.

By using this system, we can reduce traffic at our gates and get your products into our inventory much quicker.

How it Works for You:

  1. Organized Entry: You book a specific time to arrive, which helps us prepare for your shipment.

  2. Digital Tickets: Instead of paper, you get a "token" sent directly to your phone via WhatsApp or SMS.

  3. Real-Time Updates: You don’t have to keep checking with a guard; we will message you the moment a dock is ready for you.

  4. Smart Sorting: The system automatically recognizes if you are delivering special items, like groceries, and gives you the right priority.

Essential Requirement for QMS

  1. An Active Phone: The person delivering the stock must have a working mobile number with an internet connection to receive instructions.

  2. Punctuality: Arriving during your scheduled time ensures the system recognizes your token immediately.

Now lets move ahead and understand how the QMS works. You can click on each phase to read more details.

Phase 1: Before Arrival

Proper preparation starts in the Seller Lab to ensure you have the correct documentation for your delivery.

Access Documentation:

- Log in to Seller Lab, click on Fulfilled by noon option, and then click on My ASN & Storage.

- In the shipments tab, scroll down to All Shipments and locate the ASN for which you need the document. Then click on the action button and click on view. You can also create the ASN if you haven't created one.

- In the ASN details page, you will find a button called Print ASN. Click on it to get the document.

- In the next page, you will see the details of your ASN. You can check the gate and dock number on the ASN to know where you have to go when you arrive at our facility.

Please ensure you plan your travel in accordance to the scheduled time to reach on time for a smooth and uninterrupted flow.

Phase 2: Token Issuance Policy

We utilize a token system to manage batches effectively

-Token Allocation: One token is issued per batch, regardless of how many ASNs are included in that batch.

- Mixed Batch Rules: If a batch contains multiple ASNs with different statuses, the following criteria apply:

Grocery + Non-Grocery: The batch will be issued a Grocery token.

- Once the person carrying the stock arrives at the warehouse, they must present the ASN document to the security at the gate. The security team will scan the QR code on the ASN and ask the individual to provide their mobile number.

Info

It's advisable to have a number with WhatsApp support. If the person doesn't have WhatsApp, communication will be via SMS.

- Once the token is generated, the person delivering the stock will get a message with the token number.

Phase 3: Unloading your stock

Once the token is generated, your stock arrival is notified to the warehouse team, and the stock is queued for unloading.

As soon as the dock is ready for unloading, the person delivering the stock will be notified by another message with the exact dock where they need to proceed.

The person can take the vehicle to the dock number assigned and the rest will be assisted by our warehouse team.

 That’s it!
