Ordering packing materials for your products is now more convenient with our streamlined process on the Seller Lab. This guide will walk you through the steps to efficiently order the materials needed for safely packing your orders before shipping.

Note:

1. The packing materials will be delivered within 5 days.

2. The packing material fee is listed on the Seller Lab for visibility purposes only. However, you won't be charged for the packing material.

Ordering Packing Materials from the DirectShip Tools

Follow the step-by-step instructions below to order your packing materials:

  • Accessing the Service:

    • Go to the Seller Lab.

    • Click on the Fulfilled by Partner Tab.

    • Select 'Packing material' to begin your order.

    • Click on 'Order Packing Material' for address options.

  • Address Selection:

    • Select the address from the available addresses.

Note: Sellers can’t order PM to a new address, they can only select an address from the available addresses.

  • Choosing Your Packing Materials:

    • Browse and select the required packing materials and quantity.

    • Add your selections to the cart.

  • Completing Your Order:

    • Once all materials are in your cart, click 'Continue'.

    • Review your cart contents and click 'Place Order' to submit your order.

  • Confirmation of Your Order:

    • Your order confirmation with a reference number will be displayed in Seller Lab after placing the order.

    • Anticipate delivery within 5 days.

  • Accepting and receiving Packaging Materials:

    • If your warehouse platform is Web you can refer to this article.

Note: There is a PM ordering limit based on the seller's order volume. Sellers should only order what they need each week to ensure efficient use and fair access for all.

Note: In case you have ordered the wrong packing material, you need to contact the seller support team by emailing seller@noon.com. Also you can reject the delivery when it arrives.

Note: Can I create my own QR code for the AWB?

No, you cannot generate your own QR code for the AWB. It must be bought/procured through the packing material flow in the seller lab.
