3-    How to book a training with Seller Lab

Enhance your business performance on noon by booking virtual training sessions through Seller Lab. These sessions will help deepen your understanding of various business topics. Choose the topic you need help with and schedule a session at your convenience using the links below:

Here Are the Steps to Book your Training Session in Seller Lab

1- Log in to the Seller Lab account 

2- Click on Support & Disputes in the Main Menu

3- Click on Seller Training so you can find all the Training sessions that you can book

4- After you choose the session you need, click on Book English Session, then fill the form and click on Book

Training FAQs

Q. I’ve booked a session but can’t join. What should I do?

A. Please make sure that you have joined the correct session. Also make sure the zoom audio is connected to the Wi-Fi or mobile data.

Q. I joined my session, but the trainer was not available. What should I do next?

A. Please try to rejoin the session as sometime joining the session would face some connection issues.

Q.  How can I reschedule my booked session?

A. You can book the session again from the seller training page on the seller lab

Q. How can I provide feedback after the session?

A. You will get an email after the session and you can fill the feedback form attached to the learning guide.

Q. In which languages are the training sessions available?

A. The sessions are available in English and Arabic.

Q. Are all topics covered in the training sessions, or can I choose sessions for specific domains or topics?

A.  All the topics are covered in the sessions. We also have a question-and-answer round at the end of the session where you can clarify your doubts.
