  • Fraud & Corruption: Actual or suspected operational or financial fraud, blackmail, or conflicts of interest.

  • Bribery & Kickbacks: Anyone requesting payments, gifts, or favors.

  • Data & Security Breaches: Unauthorized access to your account/data, or improper sharing of your pricing and business details.

  • Unfair Treatment: Procurement misconduct or unfair vendor/seller treatment.

  • Policy Violations: Serious infractions impacting sellers, partners, or customers.
