Quick Guide: Integrating Unicommerce / Increff with Your noon Seller Account - For Indian Sellers

To link Unicommerce with noon, you will need to gather four specific pieces of information. Most of these are generated within the noon Seller Lab, while a few require coordination with your team.

Phase 1: What You Need to Collect?

Before you begin the technical setup, ensure you have the following ready:

  1. Merchant ID: This is your unique identifier. It always follows the format STR + your Partner ID (e.g., STR123456).

  2. Warehouse Code (WH Code): Please get in touch with your Business Development (BD) Manager to obtain your specific WH Code.

  3. Channel Identifier: This is the username you will create in the steps below under Phase 2.

  4. JSON File: A credential file you will download from the Seller Lab.

Phase 2: Generating Your Credentials

Follow these steps to create the connection point in the noon Seller Lab:

1. Login & Navigate:

- Log in to the Seller Lab, and then click on User & Access, and then go to the User Access Page.

2. Select Your Account:

- Select your specific project ID.

- Click on API User option.

3. Add Service Account:

- Click the Add Service Account button on the screen.

4. Configure the User

  1. Update the Display Name and the Username, and then click on Create User.

Important:
1. This username will serve as your Channel Identifier in Unicommerce.
2. The username will be the username + @p1455.idp.noon.partners.

  1. Role: You must select the Project Owner to ensure the integration has the correct permissions.

5. Download JSON:

- A pop-up will appear with your credentials. Agree to the terms and click Download JSON.

Note: Save this file securely. You will need to upload or copy the contents of this JSON into Unicommerce.

Phase 3: Final Integration Details

When finalizing the setup within the Unicommerce panel, ensure you select the following configurations to match noon’s systems:

  1. Fulfilment Type: Select B2B2C.

  2. Marketplace: Select noon directship API.

If you encounter any issues during the setup, your Business Development Manager is your primary point of contact for Warehouse Codes and account-specific troubleshooting.

That’s it!
