Our customers are always interested in finding out more about noon's trusted third party sellers in order to get clarity about the origin of the products they purchase from them. As a seller, you can choose to display your information on the noon platform to help our millions of customers know you better and to increase their trust in your products.

Information Displayed on noon?

Once you activate your store profile, you can select which details to display on your product pages. The following options are available:

  • Seller logo

  • Seller banner

  • Store Location 

  • Customer service phone number 

  • Customer service e-mail 

  • Registered trading license

Customers Accessing Your Store Information?

While browsing your products, our customers can easily access your store information from your product display page by simply clicking your store name. Then they will see your information as displayed below:

Activating Your Profile Feature

Activating this feature is simple! Follow these steps to make your store information visible:

1- In Seller Lab, go to the Navigation menu, then go to Account Health and Reports and select Reputation Management.


2- Click on Seller Info and add the information you’d like to display.

3- Check the box next to each piece of information to confirm its display.

Uploading Your Logo and Banner

Uploading your logo and banner is easy. Access Seller Info and use the upload options provided to add your store logo and banner image. Ensure that images meet the platform's size and quality guidelines for optimal display. for more details check this article.

Managing Your Reputation?

The Reputation Management page on Seller Lab offers a wealth of information related to your performance, and how customers rate your products and your service. We strongly recommend that you check it often to assess your strengths and reinforce them, as well as to identify problem areas in order to improve them. Follow the steps listed below to access your Reputation Management page:

- In Account health and Reports, click Reputation management
