You have the flexibility to update your noon store details through your noon account. These details include:

Store Display Name(EN & AR)
Store Phone Number

Store Display Name guidelines:

1. Store/ Display name should not be any brand /registered /approved names

used by any firm or organization or entity. For example: noon, Adidas, EMAAR.

2. Display name(store name) should not be a website/email address.

3. Display name (store name) must have a decent meaning and should not affect

Sharia, other religions, nor harm public interests or sentiments.

Steps to Update Your Store Details

- Click on the Store Management section and then click on Store Settings.

- You will be redirected to the Store details page where you can change the name of the store in English or Arabic, update your categories, and also update your contact number. Then click on Save Changes to update the information.

By following these steps, you will successfully update your store's information in our database. It's that simple!

Note: Account managers are generally assigned only to large accounts. If you need to identify your account manager, please reach out to Seller Support.
