noon allows listings only for products from verified brands. Sellers can now request brand verification and add new brands via a streamlined process in Seller Lab.

You are able to create new products (as Seller SKUs) as soon as you have requested for the new brand even if it has not been approved yet. However your products will only go live once our team confirms the information and approves your brand request.

Listing Products with New Brand Requests

You can start creating new products (Seller SKUs) immediately after requesting a new brand, but these products will only go live once noon approves the brand request.

Accessing the Brand Management Screen

The Brand Management option in Seller Lab lets you view and manage your brands:

-Click on Catalog, then choose My Brands.

What are the options available on the brand management screen?

  • Search through the existing brands using the search bar on the top of the screen

  • Keep track of all the brands you have requested and the information you provided

  • Request for a new brand to be created by clicking on the ‘Create Brand’ Button

  • Use the filter next to the ‘Create Brand’ button to filter through your brand requests based on their status.

To search through the brand list, simply input the name of the brand and click ‘Check’. This will return a list of brands with the keyword you searched for. If the brand does not exist in the list of brands, you will be prompted to create a new brand.

Registering a New Brand

There are three ways in which you can create or register a new brand:

  • Brand Management Tab

  • Single Seller SKU Creation

  • Bulk Creation

1- Brand Management Tab

- Click on ‘Create New Brand’ in the upper right corner of the screen.

- This will open a pop-up window. Fill out the required fields and click ‘Create’.  Your request will be sent to noon team for approval. You can now start creating products with the brand you have requested. They will not go live until noon team approves the brand. They will review the information you provided and make their decision. In case they need more information you they will reach out to you over email.

Make sure you fill out all the required information on the screen:

- Brand name (both in English and Arabic)

- Brand website link

- Brand Logo

If you do not have a brand website link, you can also submit links to the

social media pages or similar pages to authenticate your request.

You will see the status change from ‘Pending’ to ‘Approved’ in the brand management screen once the request is approved. If your brand is rejected, you can submit your documentation again for another consideration.

Once the brand is approved, the seller cannot modify the brand name in English or Arabic. If any changes are required, please contact the support team with detailed information.

If your brand request is rejected
- You will find the brand request listed under the Rejected status in the Brand Management screen.

- The reason for rejection will also be displayed. To resubmit, click on the edit tab next to the rejected request, update the required details, and submit the request again for review.

Handling Brand Rejection

Check the comment on the Brand Management page why your request was rejected. It will most likely be due to the need for more verification links. Simply submit a new request for the same brand name (make sure you're using the exact same name) with additional links.

My brand got rejected, but I already have Seller SKUs created against it?

If the request was rejected with the comment that you need to submit more verification links, simply resubmit the request.

However, if we completely rejected your request, you can find the Seller SKUs that you already created and change their brand from the Seller Lab directly. Simply click on 'Edit' button next to your brand name under the content. Click 'Save Change' for the changes to start reflecting. Also, keep in mind that changing the brand name will trigger another round of content checks by our team, and if the new brand doesn't match the content, your Seller SKU will be taken offline.
