Flash deals are short bursts of visibility for the products you enroll. They run for a few hours or a single day, with a deeper price drop and prominent placement, to drive a quick spike in sales. Each Flash deal is tied to one or more product categories.
Why join a Flash deal
Prominent placement for the duration of the deal, usually an afternoon or overnight slot.
A deep, clearly marked discount that pushes shoppers to buy now.
You choose which products to include and how many units to commit.
Category filters help you find the slots that fit your catalog.
How enrollment works
Step 1: Select schedule
In the Promotions Center, find Flash deals under Join an existing deal and click Join deal.
Use the Category filter on the right to show only slots for your categories.
Browse the list of upcoming Flash deal slots. Each row shows the start and end time (for example, Wed 7 Oct 3:00 PM to Thu 8 Oct 5:00 AM), the deal name, the deal code, and the categories it covers. Select the slot you want. The bar at the bottom confirms the deal time.
Slots are shown up to two months ahead, and enrollment closes a few days before each deal starts.
Click Select products.
Step 2: Add products
The header shows the deal type, the deal time and the deal code (for example hnk-back-to-outdoor-flash-9-oct-ae). Only products in the deal's categories are listed.
Find the products you want to enroll. Search by partner SKU or select the whole page.
Enter the Deal price at or below the maximum shown under the field. Discount % and Discount per unit are calculated for you.
Enter the Committed units. Your current stock is shown under the field.
Click Submit campaign. Changes are saved only when you submit.
Enroll in bulk with Excel
On the Add products page, click Export this list.
Fill in the columns for deal stock and deal price for the products you want, and save the file.
Click Upload, and in the pop-up that appears, click Choose file and click Upload.
You can also upload it from Promotions > Uploads/downloads.
Click on Uploads/download to check the upload status and fix any rows that show an error.

What happens after you submit
noon reviews your products before the slot starts. Accepted products go live at the deal start time.
You can follow the status of each product in the campaign under My campaigns, and then click on Manage.
To make any change to a price or committed units, you can click on the edit option for the respective SKUs to make the changes.
Why are some products not shown?
Flash deals are limited to the categories in the slot you picked. A product is also left out when it is not live, has no price range, or is already in another deal at the same time. Click Why are some products not shown? on the Add products page for details.
Frequently asked questions
Q. Can I join more than one slot on the same day?
A- Yes, if the slots do not overlap and the product is eligible for both categories.
