noon-funded deal program: How it works?

The noon-Funded Deal Program is designed to keep your products competitive in the marketplace. When noon identifies a pricing opportunity, we may temporarily lower the customer-facing price while ensuring you still receive your full submitted price for each sale.

What is a noon-funded deal?

It is a promotional tool where noon subsidizes the cost of a discount. We adjust the price for the customer to drive more interest, but the investment is made entirely by noon—at no cost to you.

How does it work?

When a product is enrolled in a noon-funded deal:

Price Adjustment: Your product’s price to customers may be reduced to match competitive market rates.
Full Payout: You are still invoiced and paid based on your original submitted price for every unit sold.
noon Covers the Gap: We pay the difference between your price and the discounted price shown to the customer.
Fully Funded: This promotion is 100% funded by noon; your margins remain protected.

Why does noon offer this program?

We aim to drive higher sales volume by making your products more attractive to price-sensitive customers. By subsidizing these prices, noon increases your products' visibility and conversion rates, leading to higher overall sales for your business.

What does this mean for you?

Financial Impact: You are paid your full submitted price regardless of the price the customer sees. There is no reduction in your per-unit revenue.
Sales Opportunity: Enrolled products often see increased traffic and higher conversion due to more competitive positioning.
Ease of Participation: noon manages all pricing adjustments and funding, allowing you to benefit from increased performance without manual effort.

Managing Your Participation

You can view and manage your enrolled SKUs in the noon Funded Deals program by following these simple steps

- Click on Promotions and then click on Deals.

- Then under My Deals, you will find the noon Funded Deals program row. This section displays all SKUs currently included in the program. Click on the View Details button.

Opt out individual SKUs:

- You can opt out your individual SKUs by clicking on the toggle in the noon-funded deal section.

Opt out of future participation

You also have an option to opt out of the future participation by following these simple steps.

- Click on Store Management, then click on Store Settings.

- You can scroll down in the Store settings to the Promo Settings and use the toggle button to opt in or opt out from participating in the noon Funded Deal Program.

Additional Information

Products in this program are highlighted with deal tags on the noon platform to showcase the value to customers.
