Vouchers: fund your own product page discount
A voucher is a discount you create and fund yourself. Shoppers see it on your product page and apply it to get the discount at checkout. Vouchers go live without review from noon.
Why use a voucher
You control the details: you set the voucher name, the start and end dates and the budget.
Two discount types: a flat amount off every eligible order, or a percentage off from 1% to 50% with a maximum discount you choose.
Your budget is protected: the voucher pauses on its own once 95% of the budget is used.
No review from noon: the voucher goes live at the start date you set.
Product-level control: choose which products are included, switch each one on or off, and change the voucher details at any time.
How to create a voucher
Step 1: Set up the voucher
In Seller Lab, go to the Promotions Center.
Under Build your own discounts, find Vouchers and click Get started.
Click + Create new in the top right corner.
Fill in the voucher settings below, then click Select products.
- The voucher settings are:Voucher name: an internal name for the voucher.
Voucher budget: the total amount you will fund. A minimum budget applies.
Voucher type: Flat amount or Percentage. For a flat amount, enter the voucher value. For a percentage, enter the percentage and the maximum discount value.
Start and end date: the start date must be at least 2 days after the day you create the voucher.
Step 2: Add products
Search by partner SKU or browse your active products, and tick each product you want to include. Check the Live price and the Price with voucher for each product. Click Submit campaign.
Add products in bulk
On the product selection page, click Export this list to download a file with your products, or click Upload > Download template for a blank file.
Fill in one row per product with the columns below. Save the file as .csv or .xlsx, with up to 10,000 rows.
- The file has these columns:voucher_code: the code of your voucher campaign.
partner_sku: your product code.
is_active: 1 to include the product, 0 to pause it.
Click Upload, and in the pop-up that appears, choose your file and click Upload.

Managing a voucher
You can easily manage your voucher by going to Promotion center and, under Build your own discounts, find Vouchers and click Get started.
On the next page, you will see all the vouchers you created and you will find a button to Manage.
Clicking on Manage will show you all the SKUs that are a part of that voucher and you can activate or deactivate the SKU using the toggle button. You can also use the Add product option to add more SKUs to the voucher.
Frequently asked questions
Q. Is a voucher the same as a promo code?
A- No. Promo codes are part of Other campaigns, which noon runs. A voucher is a discount you create and fund yourself.
