What is Product Rating?

Product Rating is the average of all ratings for a specific product regardless of who sold the item. Product rating reflects on the product, not on the sellers’ performance. This rating will show the public’s opinion on the products. This metric will allow you to see which products are performing well in the marketplace and help you optimize your product range.

Customers can also submit written feedback related to their experience with the product. These reviews will be publicly available and visible to both customers and sellers. 

How is the rating calculated?

Product rating is not used to measure your seller performance. An average of all product ratings in your catalog will be used to calculate your Catalog Rating. All product reviews must follow our product guidelines.

Where can I find my Product Reviews rating?

1.noon website

The product rating & reviews are displayed underneath the product title on the Product Display Page on noon. It includes:

• Star rating average

• Total number of reviews

2. Reputation Management

The Reputation Management page on Seller Lab offers information related to your performance and how customers rate your products and your service. We strongly recommend that you check it often to assess your strengths, as well as to identify problem areas in order to improve them. Follow the steps listed below to access your Reputation Management page:

- In Account Health & Report, click Reputation management.

- Then click on the Product Reviews option. You can also click on View More to see more details about the review. 

- You can check the overall rating of the SKU and the comments from the customer on the SKU.
