Supermall offers are managed directly by the seller through Seller Lab.

How to manage the supermall offer in the seller lab?

To manage your supermall offers, start by clicking on Catalog and then click on My Catalog.

Then click on Supermall option to access the Supermall catalog.

Page Features Overview

This section shows the details of the SKU, such as the PSKU or SKU number, the Price of the SKU, Estimated Fees based on your selling model, Stock details, Performance snapshot for the past 30 days, Active status, and Visibility status.

Filtering SKUs on Supermall

Sellers can filter SKUs using the following criteria:

Sort by Stock, Sales, Units sold, Product view and Price
SKU Status
Stock
Offer Issues
All Filters

- Click on All filters, to view more filters.

- Then you can click on Apply the filter as below.

- You also have an option to download the details on this page as an Excel file using the Export option.

Supermall Stock Management

Stock is automatically transferred from Noon’s FBN/Express warehouse to the Supermall warehouse. To track stock levels:

Visit the inventory dashboard under Seller Lab > Fulfilled by Noon > Inventory.
Supermall warehouse codes are formatted as [city_code]MS[number], such as DXBMS01 for Dubai's first Supermall warehouse.
The Supermall listing page will display the total stock across all megastores in a country.
