Third Party Warranty Rate Card- KSA (Refurbished and Renewed)

This article gives you a complete rate card for the warranty repair charges for different categories and the type of repair.

Before we discuss the rate card in detail, let's understand how warranty charges work for renewed items, where the warranty is provided by noon authorized service center.

Example Scenario

Item: iPhone 15 Pro

Order Value: SAR 4,500

Repair Category: L3 – Repair Fee: SAR 500 (inclusive of spare parts and labor charges ( Refer to the table below) 

Inspection Outcome: During inspection, if the actual repair cost exceeds SAR 500 (for example, SAR 501 or more), the repair will not proceed. The item will be returned to noon, and the customer will receive a full refund of SAR 4,500.

Seller Responsibility: The seller will be charged for:

Refunded order value of SAR 4,500

Inspection fee of SAR 37.5

Level Of repair

L0 (Level 0) – Inspection Only

L1 (Level 1) – Software , Reassembling, Cleaning

L2 (Level 2) – Mechanical parts replacement, Hardware upgrades

L3 (Level 3) – Replacements such as USB, HDMI, Charging Ports, etc. (All entry-level electrical repairs)

L4 (Level 4) – Major electrical repairs on motherboards, such as IC, BIOS, BGM, etc.
