Tracking your sales and payments is an essential part of the business, providing the seller with a clear view to steer the direction of the company. In our constant effort to improve and provide a clearer and consolidated view of your orders, sales, statements, and payments, we have introduced the Transaction View, a one-stop view for all your sales and payment-related queries.

How to access the Transaction View?

To access the transaction view, you can follow these simple steps.

- Click on the menu option and select Payment and Fees, then click on Transaction View.

- You will be redirected to the Transaction View, which will give you all the details relating to your sales and payments.

Sorting and filtering the information

On the transaction view page, you will notice some filter and search options to refine your search results.

- You have an option to search for a specific order number or reference number.

-You will have an additional filter where you can filter the information on this page based on the Contract. If you have stores in multiple countries, each country is considered a contract.

- Another filter available on this page is the Transaction Type. Refer to this table to understand each transaction type.

Transaction Type

Explanation

Order

This will be the transaction type when the customer places the order, and it appears in the transaction view for the first time.

Order Update

If the same order number appears again for another transaction within the transaction view, it will be displayed as an Order Update.

Statement Fee

When noon charges the seller for fees that are not linked to an order, it will show as the statement fees.

Payment

The amount that is disbursed to your account after all the fees and referral charges have been deducted can be checked using this transaction type.

Balance Transfer

When noon transfers your balance from one contract to another, it will show as Balance Transfer.

- Another sorting option is to select the date range. You can select a certain date range, and the sales or payments occurring in that duration will appear on the dashboard.

Note:  By default, the range selected here is for the current month, that is, 30 days.

- The header section gives you information about the contract, important time stamps, and the fees and net proceeds.

You can sort the information on the current page in ascending and descending order based on transaction date, net proceeds, fees, and total amount.

- You can click on the Arrow button to get a more detailed explanation of the transaction.

Details on the Transaction Details page

- When you click on the arrow button, you will be redirected to the transaction details page.  You will notice the details such as the reference number, contract, transaction type, the date of transaction, and the order number at the top.

- The Net Proceeds and Fees section gives a breakdown of the specific fees that were charged. You can click on the fee name or the arrow to get more information.

- If you further scroll down on the page, you will notice a section called Associated Transaction. This section shows all the transactions that happened for the same order such as any additional fees or returns from the customer.

Downloading the Transaction View Report

You will also find an option to download the details on the transaction view as an Excel file. To download this report, follow these simple steps.

- In the Transaction View page, select the date range for which you want to extract the data. Then click on the Download button.

- The request is processed, and once it is ready, you will see an option to Export the file. Click on it.

- The export will be an Excel file, which gives the following information, as mentioned in the tables below.
