Please keep the following points in mind while preparing your documents:
To be able to sell on noon, your trade license must authorize trading, selling, or manufacturing activities. Additionally, an E-Commerce license is also accepted. However, licenses limited to service provision are not accepted.
Each set of documents must be unique to a single account. Sellers cannot use the same documents (e.g., trade license, identity proof, or bank account details) for more than one account.

If the name on the ID is different than the one on the trade license, we require a power of attorney from an authorized personnel stating that the designated person can act on behalf of the person holding the trading license and their company.
Bank Details: Providing bank details is optional and not required for registration. However, adding them ensures smooth payment processing for both local and international transactions.
If you have previously submitted any of the required documents, there is no need to resubmit them to avoid duplication.
Ministry of Commerce (KSA) Policy: In accordance with the E-commerce Monitoring Department's recommendations, noon has stopped onboarding sellers using Freelance Certificates due to increased customer complaints and regulatory referrals to security authorities.
Registration of e-commerce activities for holders of Freelance Certificates through the Saudi Business Center has been halted. Sellers must ensure their business activity is correctly registered as a commercial entity to continue trading
