Categories of Sellers

You can register as a seller on noon under one of three categories:

  • Local Seller — Your business is registered in the country where you want to sell (UAE, KSA, or Egypt).

  • International Seller — Your business is registered outside the country where you want to sell.

  • Individual Seller — Available in Egypt only, using your personal Data Certificate.

Eligibility Checklist

Before you register, confirm that you meet the following requirements:

1. Legal Business Registration

You must have a legally registered business in the country where you intend to sell.

  • Your Commercial Registration (CR) or Trade License must be valid.

  • Your license must include at least one of the following activities: Sales, Trading, Manufacturing, or Distribution/Wholesale.

  • Your document must have at least 30 days of remaining validity at the time of submission.

2. Tax Compliance

  • VAT-registered sellers: You'll need your Tax Registration Number (TRN), along with the issue and expiry dates of your VAT Certificate.

  • Non-VAT sellers: You can proceed by selecting the “Non-VAT” option during registration. Note that Egyptian sellers must always provide their Tax Card information.

International sellers: A VAT certificate issued by the authority in the country where you wish to sell is mandatory, regardless of your local turnover.

3. Identity Verification

  • A Business Representative must be assigned to manage your account.

  • Accepted ID documents: Passport, Saudi National ID, or Emirates ID.

  • If your representative is not the legal owner named on your Trade License, you must upload a Power of Attorney (POA) authorizing them to act on your behalf.

4. Payment Setup

  • You need a verified payment method to receive payouts from your sales.

  • Accepted documents: A cancelled cheque, bank statement, or bank letterhead.

  • The beneficiary name on your bank document must match the company name on your Trade License.
